Your Role and Impact:As HR Advisor, you will have the chance to drive change, improve business performance, and help our people thrive. You will:
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees on a range of critical issues, ensuring compliance and best practice at all times.
- Lead the way in employee relations, managing cases from disciplinaries to grievances, while ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes.

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes, ensuring they remain aligned with the latest UK employment legislation.

- Lead the charge in improving employee wellbeing and engagement, contributing to a culture that motivates and inspires.
What We’re Looking For:We want someone who brings energy, expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to the role. To succeed, you’ll need:
- Proven HR advisory experience with a strong track record of providing sound guidance across various HR functions.
- A deep understanding of UK employment law and its application in a dynamic business environment.
- A talent for analysing HR data and using insights to influence key decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills – you are able to build relationships at all levels of the business and handle sensitive matters with tact and professionalism.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations cases, including handling disciplinaries, grievances, and other conflict resolution matters.
- A strategic mindset, able to think ahead and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Familiarity with HR systems and process improvements, using technology to enhance the employee experience.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
