About the role

This is not your standard HR role. The team provides HR and Employment Law Advice to a wide variety of clients, including fellow HR professionals, throughout various industries across Great Britain. Because our clients team provides support to HR professionals, they are the best of the best!

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and drive of the team. Providing technical support, inspiring, motivating and coaching the team to achieve department KPIs and ensuring that the team provides accurate HR assistance to our clients. Maintaining a commercial approach and ensuring a strategic and innovative business focus is at the forefront in all aspects of the role.

What you Bring to the Team

  • Excellent technical Employment Law knowledge and ability to coach and develop your team
  • A "can-do" attitude, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively across the team.
  • Be able to provide constructive feedback where required.
  • A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure with a solutions-based approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Ability to learn, research, interpret and disseminate changes to laws quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent service issue resolution skills.
  • An enthusiasm for achieving targets and generating new business referrals.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • MS Office knowledge and experience along with the ability to learn and work with bespoke systems.
