We are seeking dedicated and experienced Employment Law Consultants/HR Advisors to join a well-established HR consultancy in the heart of Manchester. Step into a rewarding role where you'll provide legally compliant solutions to clients across all aspects of HR and Employment Law via telephone and email, to support the business needs of the individual clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay ahead of the curve by continually updating your knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
  • Provide quality advice in a fast-paced environment, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Take ownership of client cases, building strong relationships and resolving issues effectively.
  • Conduct welcome calls for new clients, introducing them to the services and software.
  • Deliver training to colleagues and clients as needed and support new consultants.
  • Log and manage advice accurately using a bespoke system, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Offer tailored solutions, from advising on documentation to recommending additional services.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and Employment Law.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable, but Level 3 with experience will be considered. Study support is available to further your HR career (unless you have a CIPD Level 7).
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Work Structure & Flexibility

  • Full-time, office-based role (37.5-42.5 hours per week) with flexible shift patterns between 6am and 8pm, and the option to pick up overtime.
  • Enjoy a balanced schedule with one weekend shift every three weeks (weekday off provided).
