Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a HR Advisor to join one of our prestigious law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. With offices in London, Leeds, Birmingham, and Colchester, our client provides top-tier legal services across the UK. Recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK, they specialise in banking, construction, commercial litigation, corporate, employment, projects, and property.

This role offers a chance to provide comprehensive HR support, manage payroll, and engage in diverse HR activities. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, and team-oriented, with a passion for HR.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal client groups and advise on employee relations issues.
• Monitor and manage absence issues.
• Assist in job description creation and interviews.
• Ensure learning and development opportunities.
• Manage payroll processes and administer the pension scheme.
• Produce statistical reports and conduct Gender Pay Gap reporting.
• Lead the Firm's wellness programme and support CSR projects.
• Manage the Firm's 'Pathways to Law' partnership.
• Assist with salary review, bonus rounds, and Trainee recruitment.
• Participate in disciplinary investigations and hearings.
• Undertake project work and other generalist HR services as required.
