HR Analyst - 12 month FTC

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working

c£45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be working with a global and leading legal firm who are looking for a HR Analyst to join their team based on a 12 month FTC. You will be based in Manchester City Centre, with around 3 days per week spent in the office. Ideally suited to someone with strong Analytical and Reporting skills and experience of working with HR Data. Communication skills are key as you will be required to partner within different areas of the business.

You will be working as part of a small collaborative team that sits within the wider HR Operations function.

About the role:

  • You will work as part of a team to provide HR data analysis and insights.
  • Collating and analysing HR data from various sources such as employee surveys, HR records and performance reviews.
  • Extract insights and identify trends from the data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and respond to adhoc HR data requests
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations
  • Present findings to internal colleagues and stakeholders, tailoring the content appropriately for the audience
  • Create and maintain databases and Power BI reports, ensuring continuous improvement whilst working to deadlines
  • Maintain and create scheduled reports and automations using Workday

About you:

  • Experience working in a HR Data Analyst role
  • Workday experience is preferred
  • Skilled in data visualisations using either Tableau/PowerBI
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including use of formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large data sets
  • Ability to produce reports and dashboards using data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
