ABOUT THE HR ANALYST OPPORTUNITY:
You will play a vital role in producing and delivering people metrics and data reports, covering regular cycles, ad hoc requests, and ongoing improvement projects within the HR function.
- Generate and maintain accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports, supporting the People team with data analytics.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to enhance HR systems, improving data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Analyse data trends and provide insights to HR Business Partners, offering recommendations for operational improvements.
- Manage the monthly reporting schedule, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and accommodate ad hoc requests.
- Update HR system organizational structures and ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures, preparing reports for diverse audiences.
ABOUT YOU:
- Prior experience with i-Trent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data analysis, and VBA, is essential.
- Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.
- Experience with other HR systems—such as those for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development—is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines is crucial.
- Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively within the HR team, with excellent communication skills for managing relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in successfully implementing complex projects.
