Frazer Jones are working with a world-leading, global professional services company to find them a new colleague for their Reward team as a HR Analytics & Reward Analyst.

The role will see you performing really varied duties mixing together Compensation & Benefits with general HR Analytics in an evolving team.
You'll be responsible for monitoring and providing analysis on all areas of reward including benefits but with a focus on compensation issues, including market trends, compensation structures, compensation assessments in all business areas, benchmarking, and talent acquisition. Duties will include;
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Reward Analyst looking for a new challenge where they can grow and develop, or someone with a strong HR Analytics background looking to broaden their experience in the Reward space.Ideal candidates will have gained Reward and/or HR Analytics experience within a commercial environment, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills and hopefully be familiar with using Power BI and an HRIS.
