About the Role:

As an HR Specialist in Employee Relations, you will:

  • Be a key player in providing expert HR support in Employee Relations, from drafting critical documents to offering strategic advice on processes like sick absences, reintegration, restructuring, and involuntary terminations
  • Champion Return-to-Work meetings and non-complex performance issues, guiding managers to successful outcomes
  • Oversee the administration of sickness benefits, liaising seamlessly with health insurances and payroll
  • Curate comprehensive case histories and manage forms for health and disability insurances
  • Facilitate essential meetings with care managers, managers of absent employees, and employees, driving effective communication and resolution
  • Take charge in preparing severance calculations and provide crucial support during investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure meticulous data and document maintenance within HR tools, supporting insightful reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Swiss Federal Specialist Certificate and/or University degree in business administration, human resources, or related disciplines
  • Extensive experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist role, equipped with deep knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law, HR management guidelines, processes, and best practices
  • A proactive hands-on mentality, with a strong sense of personal responsibility and unwavering integrity
  • An independent, flexible mindset with a thirst for learning and a great sense of humour
  • Proficiency in German and English
