HR Assistant£30,000 - £34,500Sevenoaks / City of London THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading insurance firm who are seeking a HR Administrator to join on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:

• Recruitment processes such as liaising with agencies and arranging interviews
• Manage new starter processes from offer stage to induction
• Handle maternity, paternity nd parental leave procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and managers

THE PERSON:

• A minimum of a year's experience within a office support / admin role, ideally within financial or professonal services 
• Organised, enthusiastic and proactive
• Experience in Insurance would be desireable 
• CIPD qualification is advantageous
