Our client is looking for an HR Assistant based intheir Cheltenham office. The HR Assistant will play a key role in organising, supporting and researching appropriate training opportunities for the business and will be part of a growing HR team. This is an integral role and shows the commitment of the firm to the professional development of their employees.

Day to day responsibilities for a HR assistant

• Administer all training courses and events from organising venues and dates, to training material and attendees.
• Respond to all enquiries from the stakeholders regarding request for training, attendees etc
• Ensure attendance rates are high and feedback is captured and reviewed from all events.
• Take on ad-hoc L&D project work i.e. research, course design, budgetary control etc

Required skills and qualifications.

• Previous HR experience would be a plus - especially in L&D
• Highly organised with confident use of technology i.e. excel, online registration etc
• Proactive attitude to ensure a high standard of delivery against objectives
• Good relationship building abilities (verbal and written)
