Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries.
- Help organise training and development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Profile
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience in HR admin role - must be within Financial Services.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Degree preferable but not essential.
