We are looking to recruit an HR Assistant to join our client based in the centre of Norwich. The successful candidate will be joining an already established team who offer continuous HR, Payroll and Learning and Development support to the wider business.Contract until 31st March 2025 with the possibility of extension 37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday offering hybrid working
- Support the Head of HR and the wider team to deliver the HR and L&D activities across the organisation
- Process HR and payroll transactions, including new starters, leavers and changes and prepare appropriate notification for payroll services to ensure employees are paid correctly
- Maintain employee and establishment records to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Produce documentation relating to the recruitment and retention of employees including contracts of employment, employment changes, pre-employment checks ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.
