HR Assistant - Adecco : Job Details

We are currently seeking a talented HR Assistant to join a dynamic team based in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fantastic opportunity to support their team with recruitment, talent management, and HR administration in a fully remote working environment.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Conduct 1st stage interviews prior to 2nd stage with Hiring Managers
• Support the talent management initiatives and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in HR or recruitment is essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Familiarity with European candidate recruitment processes is a plus
• Applicants must have access to their own Laptop and Mobile phone (All expenses paid).
