As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of the HR team, supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth delivery of HR services across the business. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll handle a variety of tasks, including:

- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Handling HR queries and providing first-line support to employees and managers.
- Coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Supporting payroll processes with accurate data entry.
- Assisting with HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and wellbeing programs.
Profile
HR Assistant - What We're Looking For
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need:
- Previous experience in an HR role (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting).
- A good understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (experience with [insert HRIS, if applicable] is a bonus).
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
