Role Overview: They are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The position offers an excellent opportunity to transition from a temporary to a permanent role, contributing to the long-term success of their educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
• Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing job descriptions, and managing candidate communications.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff development.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
