HR Associate - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyYou will be working for an insurance firm based in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model.Your new roleYou will be working as a HR Associate for an initial 6 month contract however there is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.Some duties will include

• Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Compliance & Reporting: Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, including year-end reports, P60s, P45s, and other statutory documents. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll and benefits legislation.
• Employee Inquiries: Address employee questions related to payroll and benefits, providing guidance on deductions, benefits options, and company policies.
• Cross-functional Support: Work closely with HR colleagues to support recruitment, onboarding, and general employee relations activities when required
• Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate payments for employees. Review and validate timesheets, deductions, bonuses, and commissions.
• Benefits Management: Assist employees with enrolling in and making changes to benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
