REED HR is delighted to exclusively support our client in the North Down area who wishes to recruit an experienced HR Business Advisor to cover a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist to work in a well-established business with a highly supportive team and provide expert comprehensive guidance and support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional HR advice and support on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Lead and support on employee relations issues.
- Assist with recruitment and selection, to include the management of international recruitment and updating social medium platforms.
- Assist with the management of short and long-term absenteeism.
- Produce HR analytical reports for management as required.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Criteria:
- At least one year in an HR advisory role or similar.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
- Access to a car and full driving license & car insurance in connection with business
Salary on offer: £33,588.95 per annum - 37.5 hours weekly.
Would also consider experienced professional for part time 30 hours weekly
