Title: HR Business Partner Location: Northern Ireland (Remote with travel to sites)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000Contract: PermanentWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join an outsourced services organisation based in Norther Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to lead the HR agenda across multiple disciplines such as Audit, Tax, and Accounting, and support business units to meet operational and financial targets through effective people strategies. You'll work closely with senior leaders and be a key player in fostering a high-performing and inclusive workforce. As the HRBP, you’ll take a hands-on approach to managing HR operations in the Northern Ireland offices, while also collaborating with colleagues across other UK offices. This is a varied role where you’ll partner with Business Unit Heads and other HR professionals to deliver top-tier HR support, manage employee relations, and drive people-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and meet operational and financial targets.
- Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and team members, handling day-to-day HR matters with professionalism.
- Lead change management initiatives, including pre- and post-acquisition integration.
- Support and guide employee relations cases including performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement high-quality HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Use HR data to analyse trends and develop strategic solutions to improve employee engagement and organizational performance.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with employment legislation in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
What We're Looking For:
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
- Proven experience in an HRBP role, ideally within professional services.
- Expertise in managing change, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of employment law across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the business.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on employee wellbeing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- Willingness to travel between offices across Ireland, and occasionally to the UK.
