Interim HR Business Partner
- Day Rate: £150 - £235 per day (could be more via Umbrella)

Reed HR have partnered with a company in Kent who are seeking a proactive and experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is adept at managing multiple HR initiatives and providing high-level strategic HR support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation’s goals.
- Provide guidance on complex HR issues, including change management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Lead the design and delivery of employee training and development programs.
- Analyse trends in employee engagement and retention to recommend improvements.
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive HR functional excellence through process improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- CIPD qualification is preferred.
