Job Description :

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an organisation based in Braintree to recruit a dynamic HR Business Partner into their team on a permanent basis.

This role is crucial for partnering with dedicated areas of the business, acting as the first point of contact, and ensuring that HR practices are effectively and consistently executed. The HR Business Partner will actively support their HR & Talent strategy, enhancing employee engagement and organisational performance.

Description:

  • Provide integrated business partner support throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Conduct regular business partnering meetings with allocated directors and managers to review current activities and plan for short/medium-term HR-related actions.
  • Facilitate the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, sourcing, selection, induction, and probation management.
  • Coach and develop directors/managers in the effective management of their teams.
  • Apply proactive approaches to avoid and resolve employee relations issues before formal proceedings are necessary.
  • Facilitate formal employee relations activities if they progress, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development activities based on thorough needs analysis.
  • Review and analyse HR reports and statistics, providing actionable insights and implementing necessary changes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum CIPD (L5) Certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in a true Business Partner capacity, supporting management teams.
  • Up-to-date understanding of employment legislation and market trends.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing effective HR policies and practices.
  • Competence in managing legally compliant employee relations, performance management, and redundancy practices.
  • Skilled in coordinating the recruitment and selection process from conception to successful completion of the probation period.
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective training and development activities.

This role is offering a competitive salary plus car allowance plus great benefits.

Salary : 55000 - 60000
