Interim HR Business Partner Immediately Required

Our client, a well-respected NHS organisation in the Southwest, is looking for an interim HR Business Partner within the Medicine Directorate the postholder will have their own portfolio of work inside medicine, either the emergency/urgent care element or the wider medicine directorate. There will be another HRBP also working in medicine alongside them.

Location: Gloucestershire (hybrid 2 days onsite per week)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: 6 months +

Hourly Rate: £29.84 - £31.88 via Umbrella (DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with Leaders across the Trust to achieve organisational and divisional objectives, through the ambitious design, delivery and implementation of best people solutions Providing expert Human Resources leadership; partnering and coaching senior leaders to effectively manage and transform services to enable the delivery of best care for everyone.
  • Manage all Corporate HR functions including employee relations, including recruitment, training, development, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement
  • Support and integrate with our divisions, working closely with the HR Advisory Service and Associate Director for Workforce and Resourcing to support improvements to divisional performance and colleague experience.
  • Support the transformational development of the HR Business Partner portfolio and role, against the wide-reaching backdrop of the National People Plan and Futures of HR & OD work, as well as the development of the Integrated Care System.
  • Provide innovation to support the Trust as it develops its workforce and culture to deliver ‘the Best Care for Everyone’.
  • Successfully operate in and fully contribute to a continuous improvement environment which measurably delivers high quality, professional HR practice
  • Support shifting the people culture from retributive to restorative in the context of Just and Learning Culture Programme.
  • Ensure high quality HR provision that enables a change in the experience of staff with protected characteristics, and the monitoring of services in this regard.
  • Provide effective, timely guidance and advice to senior teams on employment terms and conditions, policies and procedures and employment law matters, ensuring a consistent approach Trust wide.

Essential Skills:

  • CIPD 7 Qualified or Equivalent
