Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time applicants will be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- CIPD Qualification: Must be CIPD qualified at level 5 or 7 (minimum).
- Complex ER Casework: Support complex Employee Relations (ER) casework, including medical cases. Knowledge of NHS and Managing Health and Performance Standards (MHPS) is preferable.
- Mediation and Facilitation: Utilise mediation and facilitation skills to resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics.
- HR Business Partner: Act as an HR Business Partner to support clinical and operational teams with complex HR queries.
- Absence and Wellbeing Reduction: Lead best practices in supporting absence and wellbeing reduction projects, including leadership development and coaching.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in HR with relevant CIPD qualifications.
- Experience in handling complex ER casework, particularly within the NHS or similar healthcare settings.
- Excellent mediation and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as an HR Business Partner.
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects focused on absence and wellbeing reduction.
Working Model:
- Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days onsite a week.
- Flexibility to support both full-time and part-time applicants.
