HR Business Partner - OLIVER MARKS CONSULTING LTD : Job Details

Our client is currently going through a large transformation and change project and requires multiple HRBP's to assist. This is a hybrid role with 4 days remote and 1 day per week on site. To be considered it is essential that you have recent public sector experience from either local authority / NHS / Fire & Rescue / Police.

It is also necessary for the successful candidates to have extensive experience Tupe processes.

These are deemed as inside IR35 contracts. Please only apply if you are comfortable commuting to Northamptonshire one day per week.

Will need to be CIPD qualified (Level 5) as a minimum.
