HR Business Partner - The One Group : Job Details

An exciting new opportunity for HR Business Partner to join a growing, innovative business who specialise in the design and manufacturing of bespoke products to the aerospace industry. They are growing from strength to strength, and they now have an opportunity for someone to join their HR team on their journey. You will report into a brilliant Head of HR who has a real passion to see their team grow and develop.

This role has a focus on change management, projects and will be for someone who loves variety within an SME who are on a trajectory of growth.

What your day will look like:

• Collaborating with the Head of HR, in regards to change management, organisational development keeping in line with business strategies.
• Providing advice and guidance to internal key stakeholders around a range of employee policies and procedures including Performance Management, Training and Development, Workforce Planning.
• Assisting with the management of company projects and initiatives.
• Analysing of data and key metrics, identifying trends, new process development and action points.
• Management of ER processes and the entire employee lifecycle.
• Implementation of operational and strategic initiatives.

Experience needed for this role:

• Experience within a Generalist HR position, this can be at senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level.
• Ideally experience within transformation or change management.
• Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
• Ideally experience within a business who have gone through growth and change.
• Industry experience within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
• Level 5/7 CIPD Qualified.

Salary and Benefits:

• £50,000 - £55,000
• Hours - Monday - Friday 38 hours (flexibility on working hours)
• This is an office based role with the potential of flexibility after initial settling period.
