37 Hours per week - £35,785 to £37,782
Role Overview:
The role of HR Business Partner operates across multiple sites, although will be based in Norwich. Applicants should be CIPD qualified to least level 5 and hold current chartered membership of the CIPD. Recent experience of managing a varied and complex HR caseload, as well as an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation is essential.

Role Responsibilities:
- To work with designated managers to ensure that HR issues are integrated and add value to their departmental development plans.
- To ensure that all HR casework in relation to relevant procedures i.e., disciplinary, grievances and capability cases are effectively managed and documented to ensure appropriate, timely, and informed resolutions.
- To manage a sickness absence casework load, supporting line managers in managing sickness through the relevant sickness policy and referring and liaising with occupational health, health and safety and external organisations.
- To ensure that effective HR administration systems are maintained, including the use of the integrated HR and Payroll System and to provide managers with relevant and timely information on individual employees and groups of employees.
- To undertake or contribute to other HR projects and tasks to ensure that services are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible, including continually reviewing processes and procedures to ensure effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and future developments.
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified to level 5 and hold Chartered Membership of the CIPD.
- Solutions provider, focused on outcomes and able to work on own initiative.
- Experience of using an integrated HR and Payroll system, such as MHR i-Trent.
Experience:
- Experience of working in a busy HR environment providing advice and support to managers at all levels.
- Experience of supporting and advising managers with workforce planning and change management.
- Experience of developing and delivering training.
