Joining us as an HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy for your designated business areas, ensuring alignment with our new corporate plan, "Tenants at Heart". Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll proactively drive workforce planning, leadership development, and change initiatives, helping to create a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:

• Strategic People Planning & Talent Development - Partnering with senior leaders on strategic workforce planning initiatives, forecasting talent needs, and identifying succession and development opportunities
• Stakeholder Engagement - Building strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and driving people performance.
• Employee Relations & Compliance - Providing expert advice on complex HR cases, ensuring a risk-based approach to employee relations and compliance.
• Change & Transformation - Managing business change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE and organisational transformation.
• Learning & Leadership Development - Identifying skills gaps and working with the Talent team to implement leadership and management development programs.
• Performance & Engagement - Using HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, engagement, and performance to inform decision-making.

Our ideal candidate? We need a strategic and commercially astute HR leader with:

• MCIPD professional status (or equivalent experience).
• A strong background in HR business partnering, with experience advising on complex employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and change programs.
• Proven experience of partnering with senior managers to influence and drive organisational and people performance.
• A data-driven mindset, with experience of using insights to influence business decisions and workforce strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and coaching skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to drive cultural change and challenge constructively.
