Description

  • Partner with managers and leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR solutions that support leadership, talent development, and organisational culture.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Lead and contribute to key HR projects, working alongside senior HR leaders.
  • Manage external factors that may impact the organisation, ensuring HR strategies remain relevant and effective.

Profile

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of workforce performance, leadership, and talent strategies.
  • Ability to analyse and report on HR trends, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience in managing change programs and addressing the people implications of business improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Confident decision-maker, able to navigate complex and challenging situations effectively.
