The OpportunityThe Change Manager will support the HR Director in leading our manufacturing and supply chain through transformations focused on people, processes and culture.
The Change Manager will work closely with senior leadership, HR and project teams to ensure a smooth and successful adoption to new processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, have a proven track record of successful implementation.
Strong specialist knowledge of change management methodologies & frameworks.
Experience and delivery of change management, with a focus on people, processes and culture.
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.
Able to work in a fast-paced change environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships.
