Human Resource Co-ordinator- City - £32-37k

Wise May are looking for a Human Resource Co-ordinator to join our client, a personable and progressive law firm based in the City. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team who reward hard work.
The role itself is to assist the HRA deliver efficient day-to-day running of the HR department.
Duties to include:
- HR Operations: Responsible for new joiners and leavers processes and weekly updates
- HR admin: responsible for the new joiner and leaver processes including checking offer letters and new joiner references; integral role with on boarding in overseeing accurate new joiner packs and HR inductions
- Hold HR induction for all new support team joiners
- New starter on-boarding checking processes (day one, one week & one month)
- Ensures HRA completes accurate admin tasks and assists with managing HRA to do lists
- Works with HRA to produce salary review and bonus letters
- Hold all exit interviews and puts forward suggestions of trends/patterns for bi-annual reporting
- Employee Lifecycle: End of Probation reviews; Parental Leave, Flexible Working, Compassionate Leave, Promotion logistics
- Diversity & Inclusion: Supports HR Partner and Diversity Partner with D&I forums, planning events, meeting speakers, introducing events, scheduling training
- Primary liaison with BTC and ENEI to ensure FW is making the most of our partnership
- Trainees: manages mid-seat and end of seat review documentation and compliance as it relates to HR; manages seat rotation logistics; manages qualification admin, IT logistics.
- Trainee Recruitment: works with Talent Officer and HRA to manage our annual graduate recruitment process including assessment centres, vacation weeks, insight days.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Highly literate and numerate
- Capable of taking initiative and developing solutions to any issues encountered, liaising with colleagues as necessary
- Flexible and enthusiastic self-starter
- Able to work alone as well as within a team
- Attention to detail, ability to retain high concentration levels for extended periods of time
