Bibby Line Group have an exciting opportunity available for a results driven HR Consultant to join our People team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum + car allowance.

As our HR Consultant, we will reward you and your hard work with:
- Salary of £45,000
- Car allowance of £5,664 per annum

Your responsibilities as our HR Consultant will include:
- Lead and manage and/or partner with stakeholders to deliver HR projects, providing recommendations to deliver our people vision across all BLG subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, budget and communicated appropriately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the HR Leadership Team, wider HR Community and business stakeholders to consult, influence, deliver and embed projects across the businesses.
- Manage and track HR Projects and initiatives, producing data, key information and communication to share with stakeholders including HR and Executive Leadership teams
- Working with the Head of HR Strategic Projects and the HR Leadership Team, to support in determining priorities and resource capacity to address emerging needs across the business areas.
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, survey’s, third party providers) to identify challenges and resolution.
What we are looking for in our HR Consultant:
We are keen to receive applications from HR professionals holding CIPD level 5 and above or equivalent HR generalist experience.
- Proven experience and capability across a range of the HR disciplines.
- Previous experience with business mergers and acquisitions would be highly desirable
- Commercially focused and ability to engage and influence a broad range of business and HR stakeholders.
- Project management capability - familiar with and able to deploy a range of project management tools and methodologies.
- Effective use of data, insight and trend analysis to determine root cause and to define and track relevant business outcomes.
- A continuous improvement mindset, having an agile approach to change and be able to recommend, influence and implement change.
- Self-motivated, driven and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
