Description

  • Drive HR policies and procedures within the retail team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on employment legislation and ensure compliance within the company
  • Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Compile and update employee records for future references
  • Promote equality and diversity as part of the company's culture
  • Coordinate employee performance review procedures

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities

Job Offer
