We are seeking an HR Director for this high growth financial services organisation based in London. This rewarding role will support circa 200 employees across EMEA and Asia and be supported by a junior HR Business Partner.

Description
- Full HR lifecycle responsibility, a true generalist remit supporting circa 200 employees outside of the US
- Managing a junior HR Business Partner
- Consult with leadership to assess talent needs and act as a strategic partner and advisor on all HR topics, e.g., team organisation, leadership, development, hiring needs, skill gaps, employee issues, restructures, succession etc
- Redesigning policies and processes
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in line with overall business strategy.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Supporting business needs through robust and efficient HR practices.
- Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
- Overseeing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance
- Understand IR35/AWR/tax relocation packages and the intersection of HR compliance, legal, and tax as needed
- Good at navigating and presenting HR data to senior leadership
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout all human resource management.
- Liaising with the US HR team
- Compensation analysis with managers with new hires as well as year end SMCR requirements
Profile
- HR Director or Head of HR in a Hedge Fund, Asset Management, Private Equity, Private Banking or similar sector
- Experienced in being a true generalist without shared services function support
- Small or medium sized financial services company experience as this client has circa 400 employees globally
- Very good SMCR knowledge, regulatory compliance knowledge
- Happy to report into an HR Director based in the US
- Happy to work 4 days in the office
Job Offer
- £150,000 - £200,000 + bonus + sign on/bonus buy out if needed
