Description

The key responsibilities of an HR Generalist will include, but may not be limited to;

• Develop and implement strategies to align with business goals
• Support the development of diversity and inclusion
• Oversee employee relations and resolve issues
• Support ongoing development of systems
• Contribute to team meetings and provide HR advice
• Manage good working relationships with stakeholders
• Produce reports to monitor progression of DE&I
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Profile

A successful HR Generalist should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• A strong understanding of HR functions and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Ability to commute to Manchester
• This role may include evenings and weekends
