HR Generalist - Reed : Job Details

Reed HR are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join my client on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is office based with flexibility on start and finish times.

Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day - My client would also consider someone 4 days a week.

Role profile:

The successful candidate will have experience in both HR and Recruitment. 

As a member of the People Services Team, the HR and Recruitment generalist will provide a first class and customer focused service. They will play an important role ensuring the efficient running of the People Services’ recruitment, data management and administration function, providing a responsive and professional recruitment and onboarding service to candidates and recruiting managers, while also ensuring compliance. They will support the wider People Services team by providing generalist advice and support in all areas of the HR function.

In this role you will be managing X 2 People Assistants, so you will either need previous line management experience or be a confident professional in taking lead and supporting as and when needed.
