As Hire to Retire Lead at SGN you will have responsibility for ensuring all the scoped HR Services across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle are delivered on time and to the required standard across all customer groups. You will be the line manager of the Senior HR Coordinator and the HR Admin team, alongside the HR Hire to Retire Team ensuring delivery of centralised transactional services, collaborate with other COEs to operationalise and deliver on standards, processes, policies and practices. You will also support employees, corporate functions, business partners and leadership with standard and bespoke requirements and queries as well as supporting the transition of additional roles in a HR Shared Services when required.

How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm…

  • Align HR services with business needs, including SLAs and other metrics
  • Ensure adequate resources and capabilities for service delivery
  • Anticipate evolving business needs and adjust service proposition and delivery plan accordingly
  • Assist in defining and implementing the strategic vision for Hire-to-Retire Services
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources
  • Act as an escalation point for complex administration issues or customer complaints
  • Establish and execute processes to ensure HR data accuracy and integrity
  • Implement and monitor service standards to meet established SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance Hire to Retire administration processes and service delivery
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring within the team, fostering a culture of growth and development

What you’ll need

  • Essential to be CIPS qualified or qualified by relevant experience alongside experience in managing and leading teams
  • Experience leading an established HR service delivery team with diverse skillsets and experience accompanied with up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong Systems and Data skills, being confident to translate technical information and large data sets with knowledge of HRIS systems and HR technologies and enabling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
  • Experience in project and change management as well as vendor management experience

We would prefer if you had relevant industry experience. However, if you don’t have all the qualifications, but think you have other applicable experience that would make you a good fit for the role, we would still love to hear from you.
