HR / HRIS Project Manager - Bristol - Sanderson : Job Details

Our professional services client based in central Bristol are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help support the implementation of a new HR & Payroll system (including learning and recruitment) from early initiation phase including FRI / FRP activities. This is a chance to come in right at the start of the project and help shape and structure the solution.

Candidates will need the following experience/skills to be considered for the role:

• Experience of HR system implementations
• Able to work on both delivery and the business change management components of the implementation
• Excellent communication skills in both a written and verbal capacity
• Able to effectively manage both technical and business facing stakeholders
• Able to travel to site 2-3 days a week - Bristol
