I am working alongside a well-known and highly respected British Charitable Institution based in Southwest London who are currently looking to recruit a Learning & Development Co-Ordinator to join their busy HR Department to support and enhance training and development programmes, maintaining external and mandatory training and performance records. This is a permanent role and is paying up to £30,000 annum.
Main duties include:
- Assist with group training sessions and interacting with staff ensuring they understand what they have been taught throughout the meeting.
- Co-ordinate the feedback from mandatory training sessions and Induction to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System ensuring all training records are accurate and up-to-date and liaising with managers regarding non-completion of mandatory training.
- Monitor and manage the Learning Management System for compliance and course content.
- Provide support for staff in accessing the company database.
- Collaborate with the EDI Co-Ordinator with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and upload relevant documents onto MyHR (database).
- Support the Performance Management process, by ensuring timely completion of reports and liaising with Line Managers with reference to training and developmental needs.
- Monitor and manage the probationary review process.
- HR representative at Health & Safety meetings and fire warden.
- Provide administrative support when required to the HR team.

To be considered for this role you must possess:
- Previous experience in Learning & Development administrator, preferably within a care environment.
- Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to effectively inform, advise and influence people across the business.
- Strong IT knowledge and skills to manage multiple systems.
- CIPD L&D Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
