HR Manager - Reed : Job Details

A public sector organisation in the East Lancashire area are looking for an accomplished HR Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. 

A HR manager, you will; 

• Manage the full recruitment process ensuring compliance is followed 
• Develop and review HR policies 
• Manage all employee relation cases 
• Support managers in the application of policies 

To be successful in this role, you will have the following; 

• CIPD qualification
• previous HR management experience 
• Strong knowledge of UK employment Law  

Hours, pay and benefits 

• Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 
• Up to £50,000 
• 30 days holiday plus bank holidays 
• Company pension
