• Manage all aspects of the HR funtion
• Lead of recruitment and employee life cycle
• Pull data for salary benchmarking etc

WHO YOU AREAn experienced HR Generalist, looking for a dynamic and fast paced work setting where you will be solution orientataed and Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in an HR generalist role within financial servies
• CIPD level 5 qualified or HR degree
• Well-presented, proactive and personable
• Happy with data crunching and excel
• Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and to sometimes tight deadlines
• Top notch communication skills
