If you are a HR professional at the top of your game then this position for HR Manager within a progressive organisation will really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Leading the HR team in providing a first class, cost effective HR Service

- Managing recruitment and selection, staff retention and performance management issues

- Co-ordinating absence cover, GDPR administration and payroll / pensions

- Managing disciplining and grievance issues and managing all legal HR related processes

- Developing procurement strategies to ensure value for money including conducting tenders

- Ensuring single central records are maintained and legal requirements on safeguarding are met
