Job Location : Manchester, UK
We are currently working with a property management company based in Manchester who are looking to appoint a HR Manager on a permanent basis.
This role is a newly created position, and will suit a generalist comfortable with getting stuck in at all levels of the business and undertaking both operational and some strategic work.
They can offer a salary of £40,000 and hybrid working after passing probation, with 2-3 days WFH.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Supporting, mentoring and guiding the business on all aspects of the HR and people development to ensure the implementation of best practice policies and procedures
Managing all employee relations and absence issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions and performance management, including conducting investigations
Identifying staffing needs and helping develop the organisational structure and the creation of job descriptions to support future growth
Updating company policies and keeping abreast of any changes in legal requirements
Skills / experience required:
CIPD level 5 (minimum)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR management role
Working pattern:
Monday - Friday
37 hours p/w (8:30-5:00)
Hybrid working after passing probation
