Location: Lincoln (Hybrid) 

Salary: up to £40,000

What You'll Be Doing

This is a role with plenty of variety, so no two days will be the same. You'll take the lead on all things HR, from helping the team find and welcome new talent to supporting their leadership with strategy and people plans. You'll also:

• Work with managers to tackle employee relations challenges and keep things running smoothly.
• Develop policies that are useful (not just filed away).
• Run employee engagement initiatives to keep the team feeling supported and valued.
• Plan and deliver training that actually makes a difference.
• Keep them on the right side of employment law and manage the trickier ER cases with ease.
• Track HR data to spot trends and make things better for everyone.

What They're Looking For

You'll be a hands-on HR pro who's as comfortable coaching managers as you are updating policies. You'll bring:

• Experience in an HR role where you've made a difference.
• A good grasp of employment law and HR best practices.
• Top-notch people skills - you'll be approachable, supportive, and a great listener.
• A CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
• The ability to juggle the day-to-day while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
