HR ManagerPermanent/Full timeSalary: £45,000 - £55,000My client is a dedicated personal injury law firm based in Liverpool and the Wirral. With an outstanding and growing team of lawyers who are focussed on Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, CICA and Data Breach cases.With over 100 colleagues in the business and an expectation of further significant growth they are now looking for an experienced and highly organised HR manager with a track record of working in a fast paced and cost driven environment to join their senior management team.As a result of rapid recent growth of the business they need to establish improved HR processes in a number of areas to promote the development of colleagues and their contribution to the future success of the business.Responsibilities:Develop new HR disciplines and process improvements across the businessProvide guidance and lead on performance management/improvement processesSupport and deliver the firm's initiatives, working closely with key stakeholdersManaging appraisal and salary review processesManage induction, holiday, sickness and flexible working processesRequirements:At least 5 years of professional HR experience is requiredExperience within a Law Firm or Legal services entity is high desirableCIPD level 5 qualification desirableExperience of UK employment lawDemonstrate integrity and ethical behaviourHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsWill have a flexible, supportive and positive approachBe able to build relationships on all levelsHow to Apply:If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV to or call Brad on .
