• Work alongside the COO as a standalone HR Manager to drive and influence the People agenda.
• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to; Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, and Recruitment.
• Coach and guide managers on ER cases and performance management processes.
• Identify learning and development needs, and organise subsequent trainings and workshops.
• Support the COO with Recruitment efforts, and conduct inductions for new joiners.
• Administer monthly payroll and track any changes, and work with the COO on regular salary benchmarking.

  What is the company looking for? 

• 5yrs HR experience, preferably in a small organisation
• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Great communication skills, capable of building credibility and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail
• Open minded individual - no task is too small!
