HR Manager - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation HR are delighted to be partnering on retained basis with one of our Sheffield based clients who specialise in consultancy services to the engineering sector.This is a newly established role and provides the opportunity to develop HR from scratch from both an operational and strategic perspective.  The business recognises their people are at the heart of what they do and with continuous ambitious plans they’re now looking at their people and development plans to enable this growth.Already located in several key locations in the UK the role will ideally be based in Sheffield.

Encompassing all areas of HR the role will initially involve a diagnostic and HR planning to identify essential and risk areas moving quickly to progressive HR.  This will include focus on strategic planning, policy development, talent management, employee relations, engagement, succession planning, compensation & benefits, training and HR systems, budgeting, analytics and administration.

Whilst the role will look to provide HR from both an operational/administrative level we’re looking for demonstrable experience of making a difference to the senior stakeholders both from a development and coaching point of view but also to truly partner across all areas of the business in order to achieve the wider business goals and ambitions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in standalone or broad generalist HR roles and include:- Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders/Board level- Ability to set up systems and processes- Lead on the HR Agenda- Demonstrate ROI
