The Role

As the HR Manager (People & Culture Manager), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's ambitions.   • Key Responsibilities

    • Develop & Implement HR Strategy: Create and roll out a people strategy that supports business needs and drives cultural transformation.
    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Streamline hiring processes and create a standout candidate experience to attract high-quality talent.
    • Employee Engagement & Retention: Leverage engagement tools and strategies to create a cohesive and positive work environment.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Strong HR management experience, ideally in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.

    Benefits

    Working Hours & Benefits

    • Salary: £40k / £50k depending on experience.
    • Hours: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
