The Role:
As HR Officer, you’ll be the go-to for all things HR, ensuring the workplace thrives. From implementing HR policies to handling employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Oversee recruitment, including posting jobs, tracking applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Lead the onboarding process—contracts, training, right-to-work checks, and more.
- Support payroll preparation and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development activities.
- Answer employee queries and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Contribute to HR projects, from policy updates to health and wellbeing initiatives.

Experience:
- Generalist HR experience, ideally with knowledge of employment law and GDPR.
- Legal industry experience is a plus.
- CIPD qualification is desirable.
