Macildowie are delighted to be working with a brilliant Public Sector organisation who are seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join a dynamic team on a permanent basis, supporting directorates within the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely payroll processing, overseeing recruitment, absence management, staff wellbeing, and induction processes. You will also take a lead role in HR projects and policy development, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
