Description
- Oversee the human resources department and its daily operations
- Ensure the organisation's HR policies align with current legislation
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution
- Coordinate recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
- Handle performance management procedures
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives

Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the public sector
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Understanding of UK labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
