Job Description:
The HR & Operations Assistant role focuses on ensuring smooth business operations by providing administrative and operational assistance in HR-related activities and broader operational tasks. This position acts as a liaison between different departments, helping in staff management, compliance, record-keeping, and day-to-day office administration.
Duties:
HR Support
- Maintaining employee records
- Onboarding assistance
- Employee Induction
- Generating HR reports
- Preparing hours for payroll provider
- Payroll support
- Assisting in the recruitment process
- Employee training administration
- Taking HR meeting minutes
- Supporting HR Manager
Operations/ Management Support
- Monitoring outstanding tasks in the compliance platform
- Assisting with compliance documents and processes (e.g. ISO's, H&S)
- Filling in customer/supplier questionnaires/RFI's
- Courier invoice reconciliation
- Appointment booking and diary management
- Taking management meeting minutes
- Supporting Operations Manager
Skills & Experience:
- At least 2 years HR experience
- At least 2 years Operations experience
- Experience of ISO's would be advantageous
- Discretion, good judgement, good communication and writing skills, IT literate, fast learner, can do attitude.
